• Coach Mike Gladu has been head coach of the MCLA Trailblazers since 2015, before that he was the assistant coach at Williams College from 2010-2014.

• Coach Gladu also played at Division II American International College before being signed by the Chicago Cubs where he spent 2 seasons.
